Introducing the OnFinality Usage Center

Track your OnFinality resource consumption in our new unified Usage Center

Cloud services like OnFinality make it easy to deploy and start large numbers of compute resources with minimal effort. OnFinality, for example, lets you spin up large numbers of validators, collators or archive nodes as part of your own network in only a few clicks. Although we make it just as easy for you to shut all these down, costs can accumulate quickly.

OnFinality’s aim is to make your usage, specifically the dedicated node infrastructure that you run, as transparent and understandable as possible. As a result, OnFinality is taking a big step forward with this today with the launch of the Usage Center.

What is the Usage Center?

The Usage Center shows your dedicated node and public network usage data, updated daily. This includes compute and storage consumed across all nodes in your workspace. You are able to quickly filter usage to any time period and you can quickly export the detailed data for offline analysis and reporting.

If you’re a partner of OnFinality running a scalable and reliable enhanced API service, the Usage Center also displays the total backup and API data egress for your enhanced API service.

OnFinality built this so that users can review their usage history in detail daily. It provides clarity and confidence to OnFinality’s users and partners on their consumption. Additionally, it allow users to better manage and forecast their dedicated node costs.
